Changes to our timetable for specific dates in October 2021

Please make sure that your customers aware of some alterations to our timetable during October 2021 on the Paris/Lille <> London route due to operational reasons and on the Amsterdam <> London route due to engineering works.

Compensation Policy

Depending on the size of the delay, your customer may be entitled to a Eurostar e-voucher

To request an e-voucher, click here

If the customer would rather receive a partial refund of the value of his or her ticket rather than an e-voucher, all you have to do is complete this form within 60 days of the trip.

Especially for groups of more than 10 people

If and only if the entire group wishes to receive compensation in the form of a partial refund, it is possible for a spokesperson to make a global request for the group. Please consult the procedure here.

If the group members are not in agreement, or one of them has already made an individual request, a bulk request can not be processed.
